Join our Junior Rowers
Enjoy the excitement of training together and creating strong team camaraderie. Our Junior program is for all youth age 13 to 18, and is committed to teaching the sport of rowing and all its associated benefits: impact-free total body fitness, team building AND great fun!
We currently offer the following rowing practices:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons at 4:00pm
during the winter, juniors participate in dryland practices to maintain fitness and strength
Saturdays at 10:00am
Training sessions last approximately two hours, and include warm up, boat launching, training, cool down, and cleaning and storing equipment.
