Anyone aged 13 to 18 is welcome to row with us. Everybody joining the program enjoys the excitement of training together and creating strong team camaraderie. Our program is committed to teaching the sport of rowing and all its associated benefits: impact-free total body fitness, team building AND great fun!
Currently, we offer rowing practices Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons at 4:00; Saturdays at 10:00; and Sundays at 1:00. Each training session lasts approximately two hours, and includes warm up, boat launching, training, cool down, and cleaning and storing equipment.
